German Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    3 c. chopped nuts
    45 caramels, melted
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels in 1/2 cup evaporated milk in saucepan over low heat; mix well.
    Mix cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Add nuts.
    Press half the chocolate mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
