Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pt. or 2 c. persimmons
    2 sticks butter
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into well-greased baking dish. Top with 2 sticks butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
