Baked Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 potatoes
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 tsp. butter
    1/4 c. bacon bits
    sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray Pam on a glass casserole dish. Wash potatoes.
    Cut into bite size chunks.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Cover with cheese, onion, butter and bacon bits.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Serve topped with sour cream.
