Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. squash (seed and all)
    8 medium onions
    2 bell peppers
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    5 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    4 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Grind squash.
    Mix squash, onions and bell peppers and bring to a boil.
    Heat squash in the sugar, celery salt, vinegar, cloves and turmeric and pack in jars and seal.
