Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen broccoli or 1 large bag
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted or other cream soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. onion (more or less)
    2 eggs, well beaten
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Beat eggs and add all other ingredients with eggs.
    Blend with broccoli.
    Pour into a well-buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup cracker crumbs (I use Ritz).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
