Onion Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes onion Cup-a-Soup
1 c. bread crumbs
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut in serving pieces
water
butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine soup mix with bread; dip chicken in water, then in bread crumb mixture, coating well.
Place in shallow baking dish and drizzle with butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
Serves 4.
