Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1 medium purple onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Remove stems from spinach; wash leaves thoroughly and pat dry. Tear leaves into bite-size pieces and combine with oranges and onion rings.
    Toss with dressing; serve immediately.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
