Easy Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French green beans
1 can white Shoe Peg corn
1 can LeSueur English peas
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped Vidalia onion (add in summertime)
Preparation

Drain the first 4 ingredients. After veggies have drained, place in large bowl. Add enough mayonnaise only to coat. Add small amount of Ranch dressing, just enough to cut taste of mayonnaise, at least 1 tablespoon. Best to add grated cheese an hour or so before serving salad, but can be added at any time. Refrigerate.
