Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
black pepper
dash of salt
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain off excess grease.
Combine cream of mushroom, cream of chicken and cream of celery soup with 1 cup of milk.
Add this to sausage.
Then add onion, bell pepper and rice. Mix well.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Bake in casserole dish in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
This makes a large casserole.
