Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. frozen haddock, cod or perch
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    12 oz. milk
    3 c. soft bread crumbs (about 6 slices)
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cut thawed fish into serving size pieces.
    Coat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
    Arrange in single layer in baking pan.
    Pour milk over and bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Toast bread crumbs lightly in frying pan.
    Add parsley to sour cream and mix.
    Spoon sour cream mixture and bread crumbs over fish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then serve.
