Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb pieces
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    pie crust dough (for double crust)
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb into 1/2 pieces and measure 3 cups in a bowl. Sift flour, sugar and salt together and mix with rhubarb.
    Let stand while rolling out 1 crust and fit in pie pan.
    Stir beaten eggs into rhubarb mixture and pour into crust.
    Dot with butter. Make a lattice top crust of strips of dough.
    May sprinkle a little cinnamon or nutmeg over rhubarb.
    Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0 and about 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Filling will be a little bubbly when done.
