Roasted Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
4 c. pecan halves and/or pieces
Preparation

Melt margarine or butter in large Pyrex baking dish.
Stir in pecans, and bake at 300\u00b0, stirring every 10 minutes.
Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on size of pecans.
Pour onto doubled paper towels to cool.
Store in plastic Baggie-lined coffee can or other metal container.
