White Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 can green chilies
1 can soup (cream of mushroom or cream of chicken)
8 oz. sour cream
1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook meat and onion.
Drain.
Stir in cheese and chilies.
Mix 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 can of soup; reserve for later use.
Mix the remaining cream and soup into meat mixture.
Heat until cheese is melted.
Put meat into tortillas.
Roll and put into pan.
Pour reserved soup and cream on top.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until well heated.
