Sausage Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. sliced potatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage thoroughly.
    Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
    Using 11 x 7-inch baking dish, layer potatoes, soup and sausage.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or until potatoes are tender.
    Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
