Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 partly baked pie shell
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    7 Tbsp. butter, room temperature
    3 large eggs
    1 large lemon, finely grated and juice drained
Preparation
    Beat sugar, salt and butter together.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat after each one.
    Add lemon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes, on middle shelf, until set.
    Should be brown slightly.
