Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium green peppers
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
1/3 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation

Slice stems and ends from peppers; take out seeds.
Blanch in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
Drain well.
Combine ground beef and remaining ingredients.
Stuff peppers and arrange in greased baking dish.
Top with ketchup if desired. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 45 to 50 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
