Very Good Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. meat (chicken, turkey or pork)
    1 large onion, diced
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. celery, diced
    2 bouillon cubes (chicken or beef)
    1 can mixed chow mein vegetables
    1 Tbsp. molasses
Preparation
    In a large kettle, brown meat.
    Mix in remaining ingredients. Stir.
    Simmer 2 to 3 hours on low heat. Serve over rice.
