Eight Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, shredded
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 box frozen peas (do not cook)
2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar (sprinkled over mayonnaise)
Cheddar cheese, shredded (to cover salad)
bacon bits
Preparation

In a glass baking dish, 9 x 12-inch, layer in order.
Cover with cheese.
Sprinkle with bacon bits.
