Kent County (Maryland) Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab
    2 (8 oz.) bricks cream cheese
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    4 tsp. mayo
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 shakes garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
    Old Bay seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except crab and 1/2 cheese. Fold in crab and 1/2 of cheese; add a little milk to make creamier, if desired. Sprinkle top with cheese and Old Bay.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with crackers. Makes a lot. Can divide and use 1/3 for omelet filling.
