Yorkshire Style Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. beef round boneless rump roast
2 1/4 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 to 2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

If roast is a triangular-shaped piece, cut 2 horizonal slits about 2 inches apart almost to other side to make two two deep pockets.
Stuff mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper into pockets. Season outside of roast with a little additional salt and pepper and roast as directed.
If roast is rolled and tied, carefully unroll.
Sprinkle mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper over unrolled roast.
Re-roll and re-tie.
Season outside of roast with a little additional salt and pepper.
Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of meat.
Place roast, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Roast at 325\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours or 160\u00b0 on thermometer for medium.
