Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup shredded sharp process American cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 to 2 tsp snipped green onion

Preparation

Whip butter and cheese till fluffy.
Add sour cream and green onion to mixture.
Beat with electric mixer till blended.
