Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. carrots (fresh)
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. orange peel, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook carrots tender-crisp.
    Cut into lengthwise strips. Combine rest of the ingredients in a skillet; heat.
    Stir until bubbly.
    Add carrots; cook and stir 2 minutes, until glazed.
