Bessie Weir'S Yummy Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. rice
    1 potato, cubed
    1 can cream of celery or cream of broccoli soup
Preparation
    Cook all vegetables and rice with a small amount of water until done.
    Then add the soup.
    The water in the cooked vegetables plus the undiluted soup will make sufficient liquid. Very good for a cold winter's day!
