Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    egg yolk, beaten
Preparation
    Mix water, yeast and sugar until well blended.
    Add salt.
    Add 1 cup flour, beating well after each addition.
    Knead 5 minutes with dough hook, or if you don't have a dough hook, lightly flour surface and knead 5 minutes.
    Divide into 15 to 18 pieces.
    Roll into balls, then make 14-inch rope.
    Twist into pretzel shape. Brush with egg yolk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
