Catalina Chicken(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) skinless chicken breast
    1 Tbsp. nonfat Catalina salad dressing
    1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Place chicken in small baking pan and cover with salad dressing and basil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
    Serves 1.
