Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
12 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain well.
Mix eggs, milk and salt.
Add 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard.
Stir in bread, sausage and cheese.
Add mushrooms, onions and peppers, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until egg mixture is set.
