Sante Fe Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion mix
    1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lime juice (optional)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder with parsley
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    2 c. frozen assorted vegetables, thawed and drained
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet, blend onion soup mix, oil, water, lime juice and garlic powder; let stand 5 minutes.
    Bring soup mixture to a boil.
    Stir in chicken and vegetables.
    Cook uncovered 5 minutes, stirring frequently until chicken is done.
    Serve over rice. Makes about 4 servings.
