Chicken Rivel Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or chicken parts
    1 qt. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. diced onion
Preparation
    Cook chicken with water, salt and onion until tender.
    Remove chicken.
    Add celery and carrots to broth.
    Cook until tender. Take chicken off bones and place in broth with carrots and celery. Add rivels to boiling broth; a small handful at a time, stirring constantly to avoid big lumps of dough.
    If too thick, add more water to desired consistency.
