Plain Roll Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1 c. water
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
7 c. flour
2 well beaten eggs
Preparation

Soften yeast in warm water. Combine milk, shortening, sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm and add softened yeast and eggs. Gradually stir in flour to form soft dough. Beat vigorously; cover and let rise to double in bulk. Turn out onto lightly floured board and use as desired. Grease pans if used for cinnamon rolls. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven. Makes about 3 loaf pans full.
