Ingredients

5 eggs
2 c. sugar (or 24 packs Sweet 'N Low for lower calories)
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) can coconut
1 stick melted butter, cooled
2 uncooked pie shells
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and beat until smooth and foamy.
Add buttermilk, coconut, melted butter and vanilla.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
