Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. flour
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix and pat oleo and flour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Mix and spread on cooled baked crust Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese.
    Mix together pudding and milk. Spread over the mixture and top with Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
    Refrigerate.
