Six Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
    5 tsp. baking soda
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt and then beat together the buttermilk, cereal, soda, eggs and oil.
    Refrigerate.
    To cook, fill greased (or Pam-sprayed) muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Mix will keep in refrigerator for six weeks.
    Store in tightly covered container.
