Honey Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sliced carrots (about 2 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Arrange carrots in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam 4 to 8 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
    Remove from steamer and keep warm.
    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add honey and lemon juice, stirring until smooth.
    Add carrots, tossing gently.
