Mango Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped mango
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 small jalapeno pepper, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation
    Combine mango, garlic, jalapeno pepper and parsley.
    Set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients in glass mixing cup and microwave until sugar dissolves (approximately 2 minutes on High). Pour hot mixture over mango mixture.
    Stir, cover and chill. Delicious with ham, pork or grilled chicken.
