Lo-Cal Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 eggs
4 packets Sweet 'N Low
sugar substitute
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into six custard cups. Place cups in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Fill pan half full with hot water. Bake at 350\u00b0
for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
