Sara'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2/3 c. butter flavor Crisco
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 yeast cake
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. scalded milk, cooled to lukewarm
Preparation
    Mash potatoes.
    Add shortening, sugar, salt and eggs; cream well.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Add lukewarm milk.
    Pour into potato mixture.
    Add enough flour to make stiff.
    Place on floured top.
    Knead dough well; add flour as you knead.
    Let rise in large bowl until double in size.
    Knead again; cut rolls out. Let rise for 2 to 3 hours.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
