1 pkg. yeast
1/8 c. warm water (105~)
1 1/3 c. warm water
1/3 c. brown sugar
5 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/8 cup water.
Stir in 1 1/3 cups warm water.
Add brown sugar and flour.
Beat until smooth.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
