Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
4 c. peeled and sliced apples
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown or white sugar
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Butter the bottom of pan or baking dish.
Put peeled apples and 1/2 cup sugar sprinkled on top of apples.
Mix with fork the oatmeal, flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter.
Sprinkle this over apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender and crust browns, about 30 minutes.
Serves 12.
