Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pounds small yellow squash
    1/2 cup green onion, chopped
    1/2 cup margarine
    2 eggs beaten
    2 slices wheat bread
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    Dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Slice squash and boil in salt water until tender. Drain and then mash. Saute onions in butter and add to squash. Add bread to eggs and mush up. Add bread to squash and mix well. Place in margarine greased baking dish. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
