Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
2 Tbsp. strawberry jello
Preparation

Mix sugar with cornstarch, then add syrup and water.
Bring to a full boil and cook until thick and clear (stirring constantly). Remove from stove and add 2 heaping tablespoons strawberry gelatin.
Stir until dissolved.
Cool.
Arrange 1 quart of prepared strawberries in a pie shell.
Pour cooled sauce over berries.
Refrigerate 1 1/2 to 2 hours to completely set gelatin sauce. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
