Ellen'S Cocktail Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. pkg. dried beef
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    crackers
Preparation
    Saut dried beef and onion. Set aside. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and horseradish. Spread dried beef and onion on waxed paper. Shape cream cheese mixture into log. Roll in dried beef. Spread on crackers. Yield: 30 servings.
