Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    2 heads garlic
    2 c. Fleischmann's squeeze spread (margarine)
    1/4 c. salt
    1/3 c. pepper
Preparation
    Clean and drain whole chicken.
    Separate one whole head of garlic
    into
    cloves,
    leaving
    skins
    on.
    Add one cup of squeeze spread
    inside
    of
    chicken
    and one half of salt and pepper. Rub
    inside
    well.
    Place
    all the unpeeled cloves of garlic
    in different
    areas inside of chicken.
    Peel and chop other
    head
    of garlic.
    Rub
    on outside skin of chicken with remaining
    cup
    of spread
    and other half of salt and pepper. Cook
    uncovered
    in open
    shallow pan at 375\u00b0 until brown all over and legs pull away easily.
