Mexican Lasagna W.W. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or ground chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
    1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    16 oz. picante sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3 eggs
    8 corn tortillas (soft)
    6 oz. Monterey Jack, shredded
    4 oz. Cheddar, shredded
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in Pam-sprayed pan.
    Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce and picante sauce.
    Stir until mixed.
    In a small bowl beat eggs slightly, add cottage cheese.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer 1/2 meat mixture, then 4 tortillas, then 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 both kinds of cheese.
    Repeat, ending with the shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
