Lemon Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 1/2 c. cold water
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oleo
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (3.4 oz.) lemon instant pudding mix
2 pie shells, baked
whipped cream or whipped topping
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in water. Mix.
Cook and stir until thick and clear.
Stir in eggs.
Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add 1/3 cup lemon juice, salt and oleo.
Cool.
