Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red cabbage
    3 tart apples
    1/2 c. low-fat French dressing with mustard
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 tsp. caraway seed, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and apples.
    Combine with remaining ingredients. Allow to chill for about 4 hours, then add salt and pepper to taste.
