Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1 stick margarine
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Beat egg yolks.
Fold in sugar, syrup and butter, beating after each.
Add pecans.
Beat egg whites stiff and add to mixture.
Stir in.
Pour in unbaked pie crust and bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 or 50 minutes.
Yield:
Will make 2 (7 or 9-inch) pies.
