Sugarless Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. defrosted, unsweetened apple juice concentrate
    1 - 16 oz. can pumpkin
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    3 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of cloves
    1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat first 5 ingredients together.
    Mix all spices and combine with pumpkin mixture.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
