Fish Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sole or orange roughy
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (2.5 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    3 green onions, sliced
    1 stalk celery, diagonally sliced
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Arrange fish in 3-quart baking dish, thicker part to side of dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over fish.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
