Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, finely grated
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
    Gradually add milk and eggs.
    Add grated sweet potato, lemon juice and butter. Mix well and pour into a greased 1-quart baking dish.
    Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
