Mexican Style Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. elbow macaroni
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 large clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    12 oz. lean ground beef
    1 can tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. hot sauce
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package.
    Saute onions in oil, then stir in chili powder. Add ground beef, browned, to macaroni. Sprinkle cheese on top after other ingredients are added.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
